• - supervision of the good implementation of cultural-social affairs of the university related to professors, students and staff
• - Implementation and implementation of the strategic policies of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the headquarters of deepening and expanding the culture and foundations of Islam in the institutions in the field of cultural-social and student issues of the university
• - Monitoring the general cultural, social, educational, and political situation of the university, as well as the opportunities to promote and facilitate social cultural activities and communication.
• Conducting necessary studies in order to plan and promote cultural and social activities to expand and deepen Islamic, Iranian and revolutionary values at all levels of the university.
• - Developing the space of discourse, communication and cultural cooperation with centers, institutions and intellectual, cultural and revolutionary institutions
• - Planning and efforts to develop insights and attitudes, and cultural, social, political, and moral capabilities of members, especially students, through holding courses, seminars, and promotional training sessions.
• - Content management of the cultural and social council and the student council of the university
• -Planning in order to improve the welfare, health and health conditions of students and monitoring the good implementation of all related matters
• - Management of accommodation and welfare facilities and equipment for students and appropriate management of providing student services
• - Designing optimal mechanisms for providing student services in accordance with the general policies of the university, especially with the outsourcing approach
• - Monitoring the social and psychological problems of students, planning and making appropriate policies to solve the mentioned problems with the cooperation and coordination of other related units.
• -Planning and managing the provision of student counseling services in the fields of psychological, student, academic, and career problems
• - Implementation of programs and policies communicated by higher authorities regarding students' health care
• - Care and supervision of the environment of dormitory and student centers
• - Follow up on disciplinary matters of students and prepare appropriate policies and programs to prevent and reduce

disciplinary issues
